- 1 package pre-made cinnamon rolls
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
- Preheat oven as per cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth to make the frosting.
- Unroll cinnamon rolls and spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on each.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Roll up the cinnamon rolls and place them on a baking dish.
- Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and garnish with additional strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add shredded mozzarella to the filling.
- Use fresh strawberries for the best taste, but freeze-dried can work in a pinch.
