- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic sauce over them.
- Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and vegetables; drizzle sauce over the top if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute different vegetables based on what you have at home.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
