- 8 crunchy tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema

- 1 diced avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the tostada shells.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and tostadas are crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with salsa, sour cream, avocado slices, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
