Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; fold into cooked rice to season.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine seafood with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- Spread seasoned rice in a baking dish, layer seafood mixture over rice.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with avocado slices, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions before serving.
