Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Brush edges with beaten egg, fold over, and seal edges well.
- Brush tops with more beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
