Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine peaches, raspberries, and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter to dry ingredients, cutting in with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
