- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix pancake mix, milk, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour half of the pancake batter into the prepared dish evenly.
- Spread cooked sausage over the batter, then sprinkle half of the cheese and green onions.
- Add remaining pancake batter on top and smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with cooked bacon or turkey sausage for a leaner option.
- Add chopped bell peppers or jalapenos for extra flavor and spice.
