Instructions

- Place crust circles into a greased muffin tin, pressing to fit the shape.
- Spoon apple filling into each crust.
- Cut additional crust circles for tops or leave open-faced, then brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
