- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated tortellini
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped cooked spinach (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the cream sauce, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and spinach if using.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free tortellini.
