Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, olives, feta, cucumber, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chilled for enhanced flavor.
