Instructions

- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over bowls of cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
