- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups caramelized onions
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Spread caramelized onions evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses on top of the onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Slice and enjoy!
