- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup diced fresh apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing well.
- Gently fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
