Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute to release flavors.
- Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
- Add dumplings and cook according to package instructions or until tender.
- Stir in coconut milk, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
