- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then add remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then slice and serve with butter.
Notes
- Use canned pumpkin for convenience.
- The cinnamon swirl creates a beautiful marbled effect.
- Serve warm with extra butter for the best flavor.
