- 200g graham cracker crumbs

- 200ml sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- For the caramel drizzle: 100g caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour batter over crust and swirl some cinnamon into the top for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
