Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes and sliced apples in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread and apples.
- Drizzle melted butter on top and gently press down to soak the bread.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar and caramel sauce drizzled on top.
