Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Layer the sliced chicken, diced ham, and shredded cheese over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg, then roll the dough tightly to form a log.
- Seal the seam and brush the outside with more beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve garnished with herbs if desired.
