Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares about 4 inches by 4 inches.
- Spread a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan and Italian herbs.
- Fold the corners over to form a pocket and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
