- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup blueberry jam or preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the baked crust.
- Spread blueberry jam evenly over the cream cheese layer. Top with fresh blueberries.
- Bake for another 20 minutes, until the filling is set. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable. Adjust baking time accordingly.
- Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours for best slicing and presentation.
