Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming fritters.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to prepare glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters and serve.
