Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in chopped apples.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
