A luscious and easy-to-make cheesecake bar with a buttery crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra chocolate flavor, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before baking.
