Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the surface.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
