Ingredients

  • Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Cheesecake filling: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 3 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Topping: 2 large apples sliced, 1/2 cup caramel sauce, cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a lined baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
