Ingredients
- Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Cheesecake filling: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 3 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup sour cream
- Topping: 2 large apples sliced, 1/2 cup caramel sauce, cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a lined baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
- Arrange apple slices on top of the filling. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over cooled bars and sprinkle cinnamon. Chill before serving.
