- 1 can (15 oz) of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups crispy fried corn chips or crushed cornflakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, bacon (if using), cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with crushed crispy corn chips or crushed cornflakes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
- Serve hot with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- You can prepare the dip a day ahead and bake before serving.
