- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups (150g) panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot (around 350°F / 175°C).
- Carefully fry the coated ravioli in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
