Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mayonnaise, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add flour gradually to form a sticky mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
- Roll each in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the bites in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- For healthier options, bake the bites at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
