Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the chicken into strips. Dip each piece into flour, then egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
