Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with extra basil if desired.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
