Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken chunks and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for optimal flavor.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more smoked paprika or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
