- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta, stirring gently to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately garnished with extra feta if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute feta with ricotta for a milder flavor.
- Use fresh spinach for the best taste; chill in the fridge if prepping ahead.
