- 1 lb boneless chicken tenders
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- Fresh scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
- Dredge chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the spicy sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve over cooked jasmine rice, garnished with scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
