Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm but not boiling.
- Combine sauce with cooked pasta, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
