Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown chicken on both sides.
- Prepare a baking dish with rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Place browned chicken on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
