These creamy seafood stuffed shells are a decadent and flavorful meal, perfect for impressing guests or a special family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add seafood and cook until just tender. Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold the cooked seafood into the cheese mixture.
  5. Stuff each shell with the seafood and cheese filling, then place in a baking dish.
  6. Top with extra cheese if desired, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
