- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender to puree half of the soup for a creamy texture.
- Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon and chopped dill.
