Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage links or ground sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
