- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Return sausage to the pot, add chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until slightly thickened.
- Add chopped spinach, cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
