  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
