- 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and Italian seasoning, bringing to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, cooked sausage, and spinach.
- Simmer until spinach wilts and soup is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with crusty bread if desired.
