- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and sliced mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over beef mixture, stir well.
- Pour in beef broth, stir to combine, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Serve hot over cooked noodles or rice.
