Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer browned chops to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Serve hot with the creamy sauce spooned over the pork chops.
