- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lb potatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, then transfer to crockpot.
- Add chopped potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
