- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Best served over pasta, rice, or with roasted vegetables.
- Feel free to substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
