- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, simmer a bit longer until desired consistency is achieved.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
