- 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as needed.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or lemon zest.
