- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to your taste for more or less flavor.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegan options.
- For a richer sauce, add a splash of white wine or a teaspoon of dijon mustard.
