Instructions
- Place diced chicken, marinara sauce, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh basil and additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- This soup is easily customizable; add crushed red pepper for spice or spinach for extra greens.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
