- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet to warm through.
- Stir in ranch dressing, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses; cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or herbs if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Use cooked rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
